BASE BOOGIE 2020 & the 40th anniversary of the Tallinn TV Tower, 9-11 July

In 1980, Tallinn hosted the sailing events of the Moscow Summer Olympics. This major event in Estonian sports history transformed Tallinn. The city was cleaned up and saw new buildings and street widening projects. The Tallinn TV Tower was one of the landmarks opened that year, and this year it will turn 40. The celebrations will run for three days, from 9 to 11 July.

Come and be a part of our great birthday celebration and bring your whole family!

Visitors will be able to come to the TV Tower aboard the Meretakso ship, a special water taxi service serving the Seaplane Harbour-Pirita River dock route, and return the same way.

Once again, the TV Tower will host a three-day international traditional BASE jumping event, where adrenaline-seeking extreme sport athletes will jump off the tower.
