A total of 100 people at a time can be admitted to the 21st and 22nd story viewing platform. Visitors are requested to limit their stay to a maximum of one hour.

Bookings of group visits can be made on each hour, with the group size limited to a maximum 50 people. The group size can be up to 100 people if the entire building is rented and if the venue is the outdoor area, as much as 400.

Wheelchair access
All TV Tower visitor areas are wheelchair accessible, except for the 22nd floor outdoor terrace.
